Aftercare - How You Can Help Yourself

 

How you can support and continue with your own healing, so that you gain the most benefit from your Emotion Code Sessions. 


I'm going to use the analogy of dieting, as it is something the majority of us are familiar with. 

So imagine the scenario:  after giving yourself a bit of an overhaul and finding yourself in need of some upgrading, you cut out the junk foods, eat clean for a while, lose weight and feel more energized and vital. You love this feeling and yet - as time goes by, more often than not, little by little,  you fall into the pattern of the old ingrained habits. 


 Our healing or health is shaped by our environment, not simply what exists outside our doors, but the whole caboodle of what we eat, watch, read, and who we are in relationships with, who we socialize with, as well of course, our work place interactions. 


 What we imbibe is what we become. This applies incredibly strongly to our thoughts. Most of our thoughts and beliefs are coming from outside influences, rather than from within us, generated by ourselves. 


 Most of these are negative and destructive and no amount of healing sessions, of any type, with anyone, will ultimately be long term successful, unless you change your thoughts and  habits.


So if you are not already using positive affirmations, then please do following the sessions with me. They are extremely powerful but must be used regularly - daily. 


 Also, you need to diligently watch for the negative things you say to yourself, these are not YOU.  These are words that have been attached to you at some point by someone else's opinion. If someone tells you all the time you are growing up - even in a jokey affectionate manner, that you are rubbish at catching a ball,  then you will be rubbish at catching a ball or anything else ( butterfingers!),  as this is a belief you now have about yourself! 


 I use affirmations every day. You do not need to believe in them, but do say them as if you mean them. Your subconscious knows what is true. Your thought patterns will become reset. 


By way of another example, if you want an Emotion Code session because you have money issues, yet have just one session and don’t do any other ‘work’ on yourself around this, it is unlikely to have the effect you would be hoping for. The trapped emotions around money may have been released but unless you welcome in and allow flow, as everything is always in a state of flow, the blocks will return.  It is also possible you have a Heart Wall that needs removing as this prevents good things coming in, as well as the hurtful situations that we build them to protect us from.


I am here as an energy healing facilitator - as is anyone in the healing arts - because we all heal ourselves. No one else does it. We all have this ability but often don’t know how best to access it, or are more often, unaware of it, as we have been programmed and conditioned to need someone else to fix us. Instead it is time to reclaim trust in yourself. 


 Releasing trapped emotions allows for the energy to flow in our bodies, physical and etheric. The amount of sessions you may need depends where you are on the path to health ( whether it be emotional, physical or mental, although of course they are all related and impact on each other)   


 This is one reason I have a scale of prices, so that anyone can afford to have a few sessions instead of stopping at one ( which of course will be of help as getting rid of any trapped emotion is going to be beneficial, just like a good cry), because you don’t feel you can afford a series of them.
